Unprecedented food crisis

Global crude and other commodity prices continue to be a record highs,Inflation this time is a global phenomenon affecting the rich and poor countries a like ,but its impact was more on poor countries ..they affected more by this. it is no coincidence that at a time inflation is ragging ,the world's political leaders as well as IMF ,the world bank and FAO are concerned over an unprecedented food crisis .High food prices have fuelled inflation .Un fortunately there is no consensus on what thas contributed to the serious food shortage. INDIA is continue to reel under high food prices ,,,after recent harvest   food production touched million of tonnes. Even with this high food grain production ,we are not able to feed our population .
